| How playing sports can make you mentally fit? as i think sometimes it gives you lot of mental stress? |

| yes i am in favour not only because by playing any sport one can remain physically as well as mentally fit and also because playing sport is one type of meditation. as you have to give full concentration on what you are playing. as you practice your confidence also builds up. your judgement ability increases . all these helps in daily routine life also. spotrsman spirit also helps to appreciate others good point. and one can find out own mistakes.as sport can not play alone. one has to play in group. it increases team spirit.so start playing. for more results you can visit http://www.sportparier.com |
